Delete your WimziPal account

WimziPal is made by ROIDS Software. This page explains how to delete your account and your child's data, exactly what is removed, and what is kept.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open WimziPal and go to Settings (you will be asked for the parent PIN).
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm on the “Delete account?” prompt. This cannot be undone.

Or ask us to do it

If you cannot get into the app, email privacy@wimzipal.com from the address the account was created with, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Deleting the account permanently removes, straight away:

• Your parent account and the email address on it
• Every child profile: first name and birthday
• Every saved conversation, story, song and activity in the parent transcript
• Any pending password-reset and email-verification codes

What is kept, and for how long

• Short-term conversation memory: the recent-context copy the buddy uses to follow a conversation is not tied to a profile and is deleted automatically within 30 days.
• Server logs: routine technical logs (timestamps, error traces) are kept briefly for security and reliability and contain no conversation content.
• Purchase records: your subscription history lives with Apple or Google, not with us. Deleting your WimziPal account does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers, before or after deletion. Conversations are in any case deleted automatically after 90 days, whether or not you delete your account.
