WimziPal Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WimziPal.
2. Who may use WimziPal
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a parent or legal guardian to register. Children use the app under your supervision and with your consent.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wimzipal.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Children's use (COPPA)
WimziPal is designed for children aged 3–9 under parental supervision. By registering you confirm you are the parent or guardian of any child whose profile you create, and you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions, billing and auto-renewal
WimziPal offers auto-renewable subscriptions that raise how much of the app your child can use each month. The following terms apply to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the store you purchased from:
- Subscription titles and length. Three subscriptions are offered: WimziPal Playtime (1 month), WimziPal Premium Monthly (1 month) and WimziPal Premium Annual (1 year).
- What a subscription provides. Every character and every activity is available on every plan, including the free one. A subscription provides a monthly usage allowance: a single pool spent across voice chats, stories, songs, fun facts, photo chats, discoveries and letter games, in whatever mix you choose. It resets on the 1st of each calendar month and does not carry over. The allowance is stated in the app before purchase and on the Settings → This month screen afterwards. Colouring and drawing do not draw on the allowance. Allowances may be adjusted; any reduction will be announced in the app before it takes effect.
- Price. Pricing is US$5.99 per month (Playtime), US$7.99 per month (Premium Monthly) or US$49.99 per year (Premium Annual), or the equivalent in your local currency. The exact price for your region is always shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
- Free trial. New subscribers to either Premium plan are eligible for a 7-day free trial (one per Apple ID / Google account). WimziPal Playtime does not include a free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price above. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account (whichever you purchased with) upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate for your selected plan.
- Managing, changing and cancelling. On iOS, manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, manage or cancel in the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period cannot be cancelled mid-term and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
- Switching plans. The monthly allowance is counted per calendar month and is not reset by a plan change. If you move to a plan with a smaller allowance after already using more than that plan provides, no allowance remains until the 1st of the following month. The app warns you before a change that would have this effect.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by the app store you bought from. Apple refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refund requests: Google Play's refund policy.
If you subscribe on iOS, you also agree to Apple’s standard licensed application End User License Agreement; if you subscribe on Android, Google Play’s terms apply. All subscribers also agree to our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse WimziPal, including attempting to bypass safety filters, upload illegal content, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. AI disclaimer
WimziPal uses AI models that may occasionally produce unexpected responses. We implement multiple safety layers, but no AI system is perfect. Always supervise young children when using the app.
8. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WimziPal is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
